Fire Control received a report of a chimney on fire in the West Compton area, and immediately mobilised a crew from Glastonbury.
Crew got to work using chimney equipment, working from the hearth to extinguish the fire, and monitored temperatures throughout the property using a thermal image camera.
Crews successfully extinguished the fire, the cause of this was accidental.
