Fire Control received an emergency call from South Western Ambulance Service reporting a 2 vehicle road traffic collision in Buckfastleigh.
On-Call crews from Buckfastleigh and Ashburton was immediately mobilised.
Crew confirmed that there was 1x person still within a vehicle who was medically trapped. Crew got to work and performed a roof removal using hydraulic cutting equipment and small tools. The casualty was then in the care of the Ambulance Service.
