Fire Control received multiple calls reporting a vehicle on fire on the A30.
A crew from Tavistock was mobilised and a crew from Launceston (Cornwall FRS) was also mobilised to this incident.
Crew confirmed the vehicle was well alight on arrival and got to work with 2x breathing apparatus, 2x hose reel jets and a thermal image camera. The fire was successfully extinguished and was an accidental ignition.
Crew then handed the incident was over to the Police who were also in attendance.
