Property fire
Fire control received several calls from the occupants of a property at the above location reporting a fire. 3 fire appliances and a fire officer were mobilised immediately. Once crews were in attendance they quickly confirmed that there was a fire involving an electrical unit in the basement and requested the attendance of the police, the electricity board and a further two pumps for carbon dioxide fire extinguishers. Shortly after this, another assistance message was received by fire control for another two appliances taking the total appliances required to 7.
