One appliance from Shepton Mallet was mobilised to reports of a car fire.
On arrival crews confirmed one car was heavily smoke logged with extinguishers being used prior to the arrival of the Fire Service. Crews used one compressed air foam jet to ensure the fire was extinguished. The car was approximately 50% damaged by fire and the cause of the fire was believed to be deliberate.
