A fire appliance from Barnstaple was mobilised to a report of a bin on fire outside Queens Coffee on The Strand in Barnstaple which turned out to be a motorised scooter that was believed to have been set on fire deliberately. The scooter, extinguished using 1 hose reel jet and an environmental pack, was completely destroyed by fire.
