The Fire Crews from attending stations were mobilised to reports of animal feed on fire in a large (2-3 tonne) cooler at around 16:20hrs
Upon arrival, crews were able to confirm a fire on the third floor of an animal feed plant and quickly requested the attendance of further appliances for additional personnel.
Firefighters on scene used 4 x breathing apparatus, 1 x hose reel jet, 1 x 45ml jet, 1 x safety jet in order to successfully extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
