Property fire

The fire service received multiple calls for a vehicle on fire at Henry Avent Gardens, Plymouth.  Crews from Greenbank and Plymstock attended this incident.  

This was a vehicle fire which had spread to a domestic property of two floors measuring approximately 6m x 8m.  The fire had also spread to the roof space.  80% fire damage to exterior of property, 10% of interior fire damaged and 50% by smoke.  One vehicle 100% damaged by fire.  Equipment used by crews to extinguish the fire ... two breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, one safety jet, thermal imaging camera, gas monitor, triple extension ladder and ceiling hook.
