Property fire

Fire control received a call to a quad bike on fire that was spreading to an agricultural building. 

Control immediately mobilised fire appliances from Frome, Warminster and Trowbridge, an Aerial Ladder Platform from Bath and a supporting officer.

Once on scene, crews confirmed that fortunately the fire involving the quad bike had been extinguished and crews only required 1 further appliance to attend to assist with checking for fire spread in the affected building.

Final update - fire involving quad bike which was completely destroyed by fire and caused 5% fire damage to a nearby building. Crews used 1 triple extension ladder, 1 hose reel jet and 1 thermal imaging camera. This was confirmed as a accidental fire.
