Property fire
Fire Control received several calls to reports of a house on fire. Fire crews were sent to the property and the Officer In Charge requested further assistance as the roof of the property was fully involved. A total of 10 fire engines along with specialist vehicles and officers attended. This was a domestic property measuring approx 20m by 30m, with the house being fully involved in fire. All persons were accounted for. Due to the severity of the fire and the possibility of internal structural collapse, firefighting was taking place externally for crew safety. Fire crews used 6 main jets and 3 135 ladders to extinguish the fire. The incident currently has 2 fire engines, an aerial ladder platform and a command unit still on scene, damping down hot spots.

This was a fire in a large domestic property involving the roof and the 2nd floor. The fire was extinguished using 4 breathing apparatus wearers, 6 main jets, 1 hose reel jet, 3 x 135 ladders, safety at height equipment, 2 thermal imaging cameras, small tools and an aerial ladder platform. There was 50% fire damage to the property and 100% smoke and water damage to the remainder.
