One Fire Engine was sent to a report of a van on fire in Chedzoy Lane, Bridgwater. On arrival crews confirmed this van was well alight and requested a further Fire Engine to assist with extinguishing it. The fire was extinguished using:
- 1 Hose reel jet
- 1 Breathing apparatus
- Thermal Image camera
The vehicle was 80 per cent damaged by fire and the cause was accidental. The Police also attended.
