Vehicle fire

Fire Control mobilised 2x fire engines and a water carrier from Bridgwater to a report of a large vehicle on fire on Woolavington Road in Puriton.

Once the whole-time crew booked in attendance, a message was received to Control stating that no further resources were required at this incident. Crew carried out investigations and discovered that the wheel of the vehicle had overheated. Crew got to work cooling the affected area with 1x hose reel jet and 1x thermal image camera.
