Fire Control mobilised one appliance from Teignmouth to a report of a vehicle on fire in the Springfield Gardens area of Dawlish.
Once in attendance, crew confirmed that the vehicle was well alight and got to work with 2x breathing apparatus, 1x hose reel jet and a hydrant to extinguish the fire.
Unfortunately the vehicle was severely damaged by fire. The cause of the ignition is believed to be accidental.
