Fire Control mobilised the on-duty crew of Exmouth to report of an Alarm Domestic in the Rodney Close area.
Once crew booked in attendance and after some investigation, they confirmed that there was a fire on top of the cooker but was out on arrival.
Crew carried out inspection of the property.
The cause of fire was accidental.
