Fire Control mobilised the on duty watch at Crownhill to a report of a chimney fire in the Brynmoor Park are in Plymouth.
Once in attendance, crew confirmed that smoke was issuing from the top of the chimney and got to work using a chimney bucket and gear to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
