Control mobilised nearby fire engines following a call reporting a flat on fire on the second floor. Crews extinguished the fire using a domestic water supply.
Other equipment in use were:
- Thermal image camera
- Small tools
The fire was contained to the bedroom, which was 20% damaged by fire and 10% damaged by smoke., The cause is believed to be accidental.
