Fire control received a call from a member of the public stating there were a couple of cars on fire at this location. 
Control immediately mobilised 2 Fire Engines from Wellington to attend. 

Once on scene crews confirmed numerous vehicles well alight and got to work to extinguish them, at this time the also requested a Third Appliance be mobilised as well as a Water Bowser to be mobilised, these came from Taunton and Bridgwater respectively, shortly after this message was received crews requested a fourth appliance be mobilised with this one also coming from Taunton. 

This is a fire involving approximately 15 vehicles within a commercial compound - crews are currently at work with 2 Breathing Apparatus and 1 Compressed Air Foam Jet to try and prevent escalation. 

Crews have now requested the attendance of an Aerial Ladder Platform and a second Water Carrier, with these appliances attending from Taunton and Torquay. 

Crews confirmed this was a fire within a commercial compound involving approximately 35 cars in total, all vehicles have been 100% damaged by fire, the fire was extinguished using, 4 Breathing Apparatus, 3 Attack Jets, 1 Aerial Ladder Platform, Small Tools, and roughly 35Litres of Compressed Air Foam. 

The incident was handed over to the premises owner and the Police.
