Fire Control mobilised an appliance from Ilminster to report of a fuel spill in Barrington.
Crew confirmed that this was hydraulic fluid that was leaking onto the highway from a LGV and used absorbant pads to contain the spill and requested the attendance of Highways.
Crews remained in attendance until Highways got to scene and prevented the fuel from spilling any further.
