Fire control received a call for reports of a tractor on fire in Wells. Control mobilise an appliance from Wells, a water carrier from Bridgewater, an appliance and officer from Avon to deal with the fire.
Upon arrival crews confirmed the tractor was well alight, which resulted in the tractor being 100% damaged. Crews used 4 breathing apparatus, 3 hose reel jets, 1 compressed air foam jet and 1 thermal imaging camera to extinguish the accidental fire
