Property fire

We received a call into the Control Room at around 15:35 to advise us of smoke issuing from the property of a first floor window on Queen Street in Taunton. 

Upon attendance, crews confirmed that there was a fire in a bedroom on the first floor, involving furniture. Crews extinguished the fire using 2 breathing apparatus, 1 safety jet, 1 thermal imaging camera and 1 positive pressure ventilation fan. 

There was approximately 10% damage to the bedroom and 50% smoke damage to the rest of the property.
