Fire Control received 3 calls to a property in the Frobishers Green area in Torquay reporting a property fire.
1 crew from Paignton and 2 crews from Torquary were mobilised alongside with a Fire Officer.
Crews confirmed a small fire downstairs was out on arrival with 2 occupants upstairs in the bedroom. 1 person managed to evacuate safely and received treatment for smoke inhalation by paramedics.
Crews used 2x breathing apparatus, 1x hose reel jet, 1x safety jet, 1x positive pressure ventilation fan and a thermal image camera. The cause of the fire was deemed accidental.
