Fire Control received a call from the Ambulance Service asking for assistance with a road traffic collision in Ilminster.
Crews from Ilminster, Chard, and Taunton were mobilised to a car that had left the roadway and gone down approximately 6 foot drop into a garden with 2 persons trapped within the vehicle, Ambulance and Police were also in attendance.
1 occupant of the vehicle was able to self rescue from the vehicle and crews got to work with hydraulic cutting equipment to rescue the 2nd occupant from the vehicle.
Casualties were left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
