Fire Control received reports of a car on fire outside a property in Crewkerne. 

Control immediately mobilised 1 Fire Appliance from Crewkerne. 

Once on scene crews confirmed 1 vehicle fully involved in fire in close proximity to a neighbouring property and got to work extinguishing the fire using 2 Breathing Apparatus and 1 Compressed Air Foam Jet. 

Shortly after this message an assistance message was sent through to control requesting 'Make Pumps 2 for a Positive Pressure Ventilation Fan. 

Crews confirmed the fire out and that unfortunately this incident had caused 100% fire damage to the vehicle crews used - 2 Breathing Apparatus, 1 Hose Reel Jet, 1 Compressed Air Foam Jet, 1 Fog Spike, and 1 Thermal Imaging Camera. The cause of this incident was believed to be accidental.
