Fire involving pub and hotel measuring 48m by 17m constructed of stone walls and a slate roof with four storeys.  The building sustained 10% fire damage and 30% smoke damage.  Equipment used .. one hose reel jet, one covering jet, one safety jet, positive pressure fan, thermal imaging camera, carbon monoxide detector and small tools.  The cause of the fire was due to fat in the griddle igniting in the kitchen.  One person suffered smoke inhalation.
