Three Fire Engines were immediately mobilised following a call to Control reporting a kitchen fire. Upon arrival crews confirmed there was smoke issuing from the property. The fire is now extinguished, however during the incident crews used:
- Six breathing apparatus
- Two thermal image cameras
- Two hose reel jets
- One safety jet
- One positive pressure ventilation fan
- One ground monitor
- One smoke curtain
As a result of the fire there was 30% damage caused by the fire and 60% smoke and heat damage. The cause is believed to be accidental.
