Road traffic collision

2 fire appliances from Brixham and Paignton were mobilised to a 2 vehicle RTC on Monksbridge Road in Brixham, following calls from both Police and a member of the Fire Service requesting our attendance. 

On arrival of our first crew they confirmed that 1 adult and 1 child were safely able to exit their vehicle prior to our arrival, however in the 2nd vehicle there was one adult trapped. She was later assisted out of her vehicle by fire service and ambulance crews, before being conveyed to hospital via Ambulance. The adult and child from the first vehicle were checked over by paramedics as a precaution after sustaining minor injuries. Once the vehicles and scene were made safe duty of care for the incident was left with the Police.
