Vehicle fire

A van that was deliberately set on fire in Ludwell Valley Park, Exeter resulting in lots of calls from local residents to Fire Control. A crew from our Middlemoor station in Exeter was mobilised to deal with it and whilst access was difficult, due to its location, once on scene they soon had it under control using 1 hose reel jet to extinguish and small tools to make it safe. The van was completely destroyed by fire and duty of care was left with Police investigating.
