Fire control received a call to a car on fire in the Rose lane area of Barnstaple.
Control mobilised 1 fire appliance from Barnstaple. As soon as crews arrived on scene they confirmed that smoke and flames were issuing and 2 Breathing apparatus and 1 Hose reel jet was in use to extinguish the fire.
Crews confirmed the fire was extinguished which caused severe damage. Crews used 2 BA and 1 HRJ. This incident was deemed as accidental.
