Fire Control received calls to a combine harvester on fire at Cannington. Two fire engines from Bridgwater and Taunton and a water bowser from Yeovil were mobilised.
Fire crews confirmed a small fire in the rear of a combine harvester. Fire crews gained access using small tools and extinguished the fire using 1 hose reel jet. Approximately 10% of fire and smoke damaged was sustained to the vehicle.
The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
