Vehicle fire

Fire Control received a call reporting a car on fire in Tedurn St Mary.  One fire engine from Crediton attended.

Fire crews extinguished a small fire within the passenger compartment, the fire was extinguished by fire crews by disconnecting the battery with small tools and using 1 hose reel jet.  The car was slightly damaged by fire.  The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
