Property fire

Fire Control received multiple calls this evening to a fire in the Chivenor area this evening. 

One fire engine from our Barnstaple fire station was mobilised immediately to investigate.

On arrival crews confirmed this fire to be involving an outside structure used as a photography hide. Crews set to work extinguishing the fire with buckets of water, wildlife packs and beaters. 

The fire was quickly extinguished and crews have deemed this fire to be accidental.
