Outdoor fire
Fire Control received several calls reporting a rail embankment fire off the A358 at Sampford Brett, near Williton.
Upon arrival, the Williton crews requested two further fire engines from Minehead and Wiveliscombe confirming a fire that had spread to adjacent fields affecting approximately 100 square metres. Fire crews were at work with 1 hose reel jet and attack jet.
