Vehicle fire

Fire Control received a call for a tractor on fire in the open, crews from Axminster and Charmouth were mobilised and a water carrier from Bridport but was stood down whilst on route to the incident. 

Upon arrival crews confirmed the tractor was well alight, crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets and 1 attack jet to extinguish the fire. No other buildings or machinery was involved. Fire crews cooled the vehicle from a safe distance. 

The tractor was 100% damaged by fire.
