Vehicle fire
Fire control received numerous reports of a fire in a car park in Dawlish.
Control immediately mobilised 1 Fire Engine from Dawlish to attend and investigate.
Once on scene crews immediately sent back an assistance message of ' Make Pumps 2' this was for additional personnel.
Crews confirmed a number of vehicles well alight and were at work using 2 x Breathing apparatus, a Compressed Air Foam Jet and 1 x Thermal Imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
Once the crews extinguished the fire they were able to determine that 2 x Mini buses had been 100% damaged by fire, a further 3 vehicles were suffering approximately 35% damage by heat and fire and 1 other vehicle suffering 10% heat damage.

- Compressed Air Foam Jet,
- 1x Hose Reel Jet,
- Thermal Imaging Camera,
- Environmental Pack.
At this time the cause of the fire is undetermined.
