Vehicle fire

Fire control received a call in the early hours of this morning reporting a large fire within a lay-by. Fire engines from Witheridge and South Molton and a water bowser from Danes Castle, Exeter were mobilised. 

On arrival crews confirmed one coach was well alight within lay-by but the water bowser was not required. Crews extinguished fire using two breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, one thermal imaging camera and small tools. Crews confirmed this was 100% destroyed by fire.
